In order to participate in Wolves Summit as a startup, you can apply here and follow the provided steps.
In order to take part in Wolves Summit, startups need to go through to selection process. Once you finish the registration, you will get an email confirmation that we got your application and that we are processing it. If you don’t complete your registration in 15 minutes or in one go, we will send you an email with the link to come back to the registration. If you don’t finish the registration then, we will send you two additional reminders with a link to go back to the registration and finish your application.
Once you finish the registration, your startup will be considered during the selection process to Wolves Summit. If we select your startup to be one of those joining the conference for free, we will send you an email with the decision and ask you to confirm that your startup will be joining us by clicking a provided link. You will also be able to put the information regarding your second team member then. Once you confirm that your startup will be joining Wolves Summit, you will get a link that you will need to log into Wolves Summit app that will enable you to schedule 1:1 meetings two weeks before the event.
Participation is free of charge for 450 selected startups.
All qualified startups participate in the conference for free. We provide catering during the event. We do not provide accommodation and transport.

A recruitment process is needed since we have more applications than the available spots. We receive over 3,000 applications before each edition. The company evaluation is based on information from the registration form and questionnaire. Only 450 best startups will be invited to join the conference and will be able to participate in Wolves Summit free of charge.
Make sure you provided very detailed information in the questionnaire. You can also upload a short video pitch or a presentation. The more detailed information you provide, the bigger the chances to participate in the conference. We’ll be letting you know about the next steps via email.
Filling out the questionnaire helps us get to know you better. It also makes the process of qualification for Wolves Summit easier. Out of all applications, we only choose 450 best startups.
Attaching a presentation is not obligatory. Investors and corporations participating in the event get access to it. It doesn’t have to be the presentation you’ll want to use during a pitch. In the case of qualifying for the Great Pitch challenge, we’ll ask you to send an up-to-date version.
The offer for startups taking part in Wolves Summit allows leasing a booth space for 1 or 2 days of the conference. The number of booths is limited, so we suggest that you apply early to get a chance to exhibit your startup. Let us know by sending an email at booth@wolvessummit.com.
Yes, experienced startups at a growth stage or scaleups can participate in Wolves Summit by applying for a Scaleup path. 100 selected projects will be able to take part. The price is 450 EUR for 2 tickets. You can apply through our website. Each scaleup will get access to the matchmaking application to set up meetings with investors, executives and corporates. 7 projects will additionally get the opportunity to pitch in a competition (Scaleup path). Also, any qualified company may be independently invited to present themselves in front of conference partners who seek projects from a specific industry.
We choose only 450 startups to participate in the conference free of charge. If you can’t participate, let us know and give others a chance. If after claiming the ticket a startup doesn’t report their resignation 2 weeks before Wolves Summit, a cancellation fee of 500 EUR will be collected.
We treat networking very seriously at Wolves Summit. For the upcoming edition, we’ve booked 1,200sqm of space. We draw attention of the right people so that they can meet in one place and save time. We’re working on tools and use your feedback to do it even more efficiently. 1:1 meetings play a special role. There have been 29364 of them since the first edition.
As a qualified startup, you will be given access to the Matchmaking Tool. The Tool lets you schedule meetings with participants before the conference. Other than that, during Wolves Summit there will be networking areas and evening parties. You can also benefit from higher visibility and purchase a booth at the event. The number of booths is limited.
Matchmaking Tool is an application available exclusively for startups, investors and corporates and executives. This is the exquisite networking platform used for matchmaking you with people according to your profiles and setting up speed dates with them. You can also use different filters and request meetings with all Wolves Summit VIPs.
29364 1:1 meetings took place thanks to the application so far. You will get access to the tool 2 weeks before the conference. The application is available until the end of the conference.
The Great Pitch is a pitching challenge for 50 qualified startups and scaleups.
Firstly, you need to go through a qualification phase. Each startup applying for Wolves Summit that stated the willingness to participate in the Great Pitch is also applying for the pitching challenge. The complete information about your startup, which you gave us, will help us decide whether you made it to the conference. During the recruitment process, you can provide a link to your video pitch or a presentation.
After receiving an invitation to join and confirming your attendance, out of all confirmed startups we’ll choose and inform the qualified startups about the participation in the Great Pitch 3 weeks before the conference.
The contest starts on 24th March 2020. The finals are on 25th March 2020.
You will be informed about the time of your pitch prior to the event. All semi-final pitches will take place on 24th March 2020.
No. Only 50 selected startups and scaleups will be given a chance to pitch in the Great Pitch challenge. All qualified startups, however, can participate in matchmaking and meet investors and corporations.

Yes, two people may present their startup on stage, however, you must let us know prior to the event.
During the application process, we’ll ask you to attach a sales deck/pitch desk. Participating investors and corporations get access to it. It doesn’t have to be a presentation you’ll want to use during the Great Pitch challenge. Treat them separately. If your startup’s qualified for the challenge, we’ll ask you to send your presentation. Failing to deliver it on time means you’ll have to make your presentation without it.
Power Point and PDF formats are accepted. Keynote format is not allowed.
No, all presentations need to be sent to us until 17th March 2020. It will not be possible to play the presentation from a USB stick during the conference.
A jury of investors and industry experts will evaluate each pitch. The evaluation will be based on your team, product, its potential, the competence of your team and investment readiness.
