How to Get the Most out of a Ticket?

Participants of the Wolves Summit conference need to decide which ticket suits them best. Participants purchasing the Executive, Corporate and Investor Tickets are granted access to the Matchmaking tool enabling a well-matched 1:1 networking during the conference. A detailed startup information is also provided to Corporate and Investor Ticket-holders, making each meeting more effective since no introductions are necessary.

Executive Ticket

The very core of the Wolves Summit conference is, and always has been, building relevant business connections. With the Executive Ticket, you will be able to do exactly that by engaging in high-quality networking. Choosing this ticket grants you access to the easy-to-use matchmaking tool with which you can schedule 15-minute 1:1 meetings even 2 weeks before the conference. Without unnecessary pressure at the days of the conference, you will meet with the selected participants, including startups, B2B clients, big corporate representatives and SMB owners. The tool saves both your time and money so that you will meet only with the participants you are interested in. Moreover, you will be able to talk in a less formal environment with persons who purchased the Corporate or the Investor tickets at the VIP Party. It’s a great way to reach even more Wolves Summit participants and discuss your ideas. Who knows maybe it will be at the Party that you will meet your future partners or B2B clients?

One of the things I’ve always appreciated about Wolves Summit is the matchmaking. It’s not that many conferences I do, around thirty conferences every year, so I know what I’m talking about in terms of the quality of outputs we get from those conferences. Wolves has always been pretty good about that

Corporate Ticket

Corporate Ticket includes all the features of the Executive and provides you with key insights. You will also gain access to detailed startup information, prepared by the Wolves Team, helping you to meet with participants most relevant to your needs and interests. Startup presentation highlights each of the selected enterprises and provides more crucial information. With this knowledge at your disposal, your meetings will be more efficient and, consequently, valuable.

Wolves Summit matchmaking allows you to browse through whatever catalogue or group of lists and guides you through the process of locating who will be the interesting person or who is the interesting company that you can do business with. And this is a really important aspect, having a tool that allows you to reach your potential business leads or potential partners with ease, is really important. The Wolves Summit Matchmaking is addressing this problem and it is definitely helping out to bring your business to the next place

Having in mind 1500+ participants expected to attend Wolves Summit, getting notice should also be an important part of your strategy. With this ticket, your company will be included in the Partners Book which provides startups with information regarding corporations to cooperate with. Presence wise, your company will also be promoted on the conference app and on the website.

Investor Tickets

The Investor Ticket holders enjoy all the features of the Corporate Ticket. The changes being the inclusion in the Investor Book, instead of the Partner’s one and the access to investors-only events happening throughout the conference, like the Investors Evening Networking. It is a closed, invite-only networking event held in an informal atmosphere to discuss trends, practices, challenges of investing while enjoying food and drinks.

Attendee Ticket

Do you want to learn more about the innovative industry, the European startup and scaleup landscape, or you are interested in tech trends? If so, the Attendee Ticket is for you. You will be able to taste the creative atmosphere at the EXPO area; listen to the Great Pitch Contest participants, presenting their business idea at the Pitching Stage, as well as to all the lectures (including keynotes) at the Main Stage. You can also enjoy the Networking Party, where business meets pleasure. However, you will not get access to the matchmaking tool.

In summary:

  • Corporate/Investor Tickets are for corporate executives and investors wanting to schedule only well-matched meetings and make their presence known,
  • Executive Ticket is for business wanting to participate in the 1:1 networking,
  • Attendee Ticket is for tech enthusiasts, as well as future entrepreneurs.

There you have it. All the tickets types explained with their respective advantages. Now, you should have no problems with choosing the right ticket for you.
